Thank you for choosing Unwindflow Transformation Coaching Services. We are committed to offering transformative, meaningful experiences for our clients. Please review the following Return & Refund Policy to understand the conditions governing cancellations, reschedules, and refunds for our services.
1. Coaching & Facilitation Services
a. Cancellation Policy:
Sessions must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance to be eligible for a refund or reschedule.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled session are non-refundable.
b. Refund Policy:
Refunds for coaching or facilitation services will be considered on a case-by-case basis, and only under extenuating circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies).
In case of unavoidable rescheduling, options for postponement or credit toward a future session may be offered at the sole discretion of Unwindflow.
c. No-Show Policy:
If a client fails to attend a session without providing notice, no refund or reschedule will be issued.
2. Group Programs, Retreats & Intensives
a. Cancellation Policy:
Group sessions, retreats, and intensives must be cancelled at least 7 days in advance for partial refunds (subject to admin and holding fee deductions).
Cancellations made within 7 days are non-refundable, due to advance preparation, booking, and resource allocation.
b. Refund Policy:
Refunds for these services are limited and considered only under exceptional circumstances, and at the discretion of Unwindflow.
If a participant leaves mid-program, no refund will be granted unless pre-agreed upon in writing.
3. General Policies
a. Client Satisfaction:
We are dedicated to providing high-integrity support and honoring your transformational journey. If you are dissatisfied, please reach out promptly to discuss possible resolutions.
b. Refund Request Process:
To request a refund, please email us at contact@unwindflow.com with:
Your full name
Date and type of service booked
Reason for refund request and any supporting context
c. Refund Eligibility:
Eligibility is assessed based on compliance with the above cancellation windows, the nature of the request, and professional discretion.
d. Refund Processing Time:
Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7 business days and returned via the original method of payment.
e. Service Modifications:
Unwindflow reserves the right to modify, postpone, or discontinue services due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case alternative solutions or refunds will be discussed.
4. Limitations of Liability
Unwindflow and Vineetha D. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to service usage.
In no case shall our liability exceed the total fees paid for the specific service in question.
